ProCon consultants are working with our partners to develop a Branch Franchise Model. This will include a series of training materials and tools to manage a branch as a franchise of the credit union. The goal is to provide consistent service levels with products centrally developed and priced using staff that have been recommended by HR, hired by the Branch Manager. We will also include systems to structure the appropriate branch contribution based on their member demographics along with training and incentive programs consistent with branch goals.
